When the edger arrived from Deep Ophthalmic, iiNEER-Tooltip (Equipment Manufacturer) remotely ensured everything was running perfectly from day one. Even adding Step Bevel function as a nice surprise.

Since installation in April 2025, the speed, quality, and overall ease of use have been excellent. On one occasion, Tooltip remotely adjusted the only minor issue we have had, which was the door being a little slow in closing (not a fault) iiNEER adjusted the motor (for faster closure) remotely via the internet within minutes!, clearly demonstrating the strength and responsiveness of their support and technology. Even having the ability to switch the machine off if required after adjustment.

Having direct remote access from the actual manufacturer, backed by a knowledgeable local distributor, has been a real game-changer for us, minimising downtime, reducing costs, and giving us complete confidence in our equipment.
