TAP:         The 1st 5 threads are hardened to create a new thread in a damaged hinge or barrel.
SECURE:     When turning into place, the nylon strip running through the inside edge locks into the threads and holds the screw in place, eliminating the use of glues.
SNAP:         Once the screw is in place, then snap off to the desired length with a needle nose plier - code 763, or tungsten carbide screw cutters - code 809
