Who are we?
Bondeye is a family run optical wholesaler and distributor based in Digbeth, Birmingham. Established in 2002 by Director Louise Keeney and is now the UK’s fastest growing wholesaler. Bondeye continues to grow from strength to strength, developing an exceptionally loyal customer base through word of mouth and excellent customer service. In fact, 40% of our growth has come from recommendations from our existing customers and they have then gone on to recommend others themselves.
Bondeye’s success and the company's 35% growth in turnover for the first quarter of 2010 is thanks to the team working together to provide a unique and personal customer service. With an open plan office and regular communication, each account is designated a personal account manager who checks that they are always receiving the best service, products and prices available from point of sale, through to delivery and after sales service.
